All the main theory behind the training is done online and the 10 tutor led days is dedicated to teaching the Pilates exercises and how to teach to the public.

Classical Pilates UK are the only Pilates Training Provider in Scotland who specialize 100% in Pilates, and whose Course Directors are Comprehensively trained in the method including mat, reformer, cadillac, chair, barrels and accessories such as power circles and ped a pull. The courses will be taught by Don McPherson and Lesley McPherson who are third generation Classical Pilates teachers in the line of Romana Kryzanowska to whom Clara Pilates, upon her death, left Joseph Pilates original gym in New York.
