Year 1:

  • Studying Written Texts
  • One unit from: Epic; History of Thought; Greek and Roman Drama or Greek or Latin Language
  • Option topic
  • Introduction to Philosophy A and B
  • Introduction to Formal Logic
  • Choose from: Philosophical Texts 1, 2, 3 or 4; Introduction to Philosophy of Science

Year 2:

  • The Classical Legacy
  • One unit from: Epic; History of Thought; Greek and Roman Drama or Greek or Latin Language
  • Option Topic
  • Realism
  • Normativity
  • Plus at least two units from:

- Epistemology
- Political Philosophy
- Philosophy of Mind
- Ethics
- Philosophy of Language
- Logic 2
- Philosophy of Science
- Philosophy of Mathematics
- or other second-year unit offered

Year 3:

  • Two minor special subjects plus dissertation or major special subject plus dissertation
  • Two Philosophy optional units
  • One extended essay
