Learners must have their NVQ Level 5 in Management and Leadership, or their Undergraduate Degree.

These qualifications are designed to support managers in the development of management coaching and mentoring skills, and to identify the links between coaching, mentoring and the achievement of business goals.
Assessment and Verification:
The criteria for the assessment of a CMI Level 7 Diploma in Leadership Coaching and Mentoring (QCF) will be to meet the assessment criteria detailed within each individual unit. The primary interface with the Learner is the Assessor whose job it is to assess the evidence presented by the Learner.
The written word, however generated and recorded, is still expected to form the majority of assessable work produced by Learners at Level 7. The amount and volume of work for each unit at this level should be broadly comparable to a word count of 3000 – 3,500 words.

Additional Information:
You will be required to complete a Contract of Learning and Development for your training. If your employer is paying, they will be invoiced 14 days after you have submitted your application and following your induction to this course. Induction can be through a meeting at your workplace, or through Skype – this is at learner choice and discretion. Once the invoice has been issued, payment is within 14 days, unless previous agreements have been made prior to the receipt of your Contract of Learning and Development. If you are completing this training personally, you can opt for the 0% interestpayment option, this is 25% deposit and then 12 equal monthly payments.

If you return your Contract of Learning and Development through email, this is deemed as a formal application and you signing for the course. Upon receipt, you will receive a WLULRN confirming your formal place on the course.
