This programme is aimed at learning and development practitioners with programme/department/functional responsibilities. They will be responsible for designing learning programmes for groups and individuals, ensuring effectiveness.

Course Content:

Completion of 7 units in total, 6 mandatory units:

• Identify individual learning aims and programmes
• Design learning programmes
• Agree learning programmes with learners
• Manage the contribution of other people to the learning
  process
• Evaluate and improve learning and development
  programmes
• Evaluate and develop own practice
