What I would highlight: Expensive on the face of it - but really good value if one has clear objectives. The 'overview of coaching' module was the perfect foundatiom to facilitate understanding the more substantive material and subject matter to follow.

What I would highlight: It was a very useful and beneficial course. I have learned coaching and mentoring techniques. LCT is a very good training institution. The good thing is that LCT conducted the course even though I was the only participant. I enjoyed this one to one course and that is why I enjoyed it and learned a lot more than if there were 4 or 5 participants. The overall experience was excellent
