Coasteering is fast becoming one of the UK’s fastest growing extreme activities as not only is it exciting, physically and mentally demanding but crucially requires no skill to have a fantastic and memorable time. The term was originally coined by climbers to describe their efforts at seeking out new sea cliff routes in difficult to reach places; Coasteering has now become a phrase synonymous with the extreme.
The mix of swimming in raging seas, climbing cliffs over the water and then jumping back in again from ever increasing heights makes for an addictive combination that has people coming back for more again and again.
