What I would highlight:
Fantastic course thank you so much I am now so confident in all aspects of barbering. The training is second to none. I am now building my clients with ease. Great fun along with the learning truly enjoyed myself. I will be back for more courses, and can highly recommend this to anyone who is interested in learning the skill.

What I would highlight:
Within 2 days of finishing the course i was cutting mens hair and have had nothing but positive feed back from them. I believe, thanks you cobra hair academy, i have found a new career and a bright future.

What I would highlight:
I attended this course after years of wanting to become a Barber and this was most defiantly the best course I could have chosen. Everything I imagined but more, although this was a 5 day fast track and being honest initially put me off I then decided to go ahead and it was the best decision I have ever made. I Have never had any hairdressing/barbering experience before and was a stay at home mum so I was a complete beginner! As soon as I attended the course I was made to feel so welcome and instantly fit as all the other people in my group were same as me beginners. I honestly can not praise Sid and his team enough for all the hard work they put into learning me the art of barbering I am totally amazed at what I have learned in just 5 days its amazing he truly is magic. Soon after I qualified I got a job in a leading male grooming salon close to were I live and am loving my life now I am a barber and not just a stay at home mum. Sid if you read this I am truly grateful from the bottom of my heart for the time and all the effort you have put into this course to make it so interesting and enjoyable. I will def be back to do more courses. Thanks so much Sarah Carr

What I would highlight:
I did not have any pevious background or knowlege in hairdressing or barbering and yet within 5 days I am now confident in all aspects of mens hair cutting and styling! This is a truely remarkable course, with the teaching from Sid who is a truely remarkable and talented hair stylist and tutor. I simply cannot recommend this course enough. Thanks Sid!

What I would highlight:
I had been looking at a easy way to get into the hairdressing industry for a while, when I came across the Cobra's Barber Course. I had previously looked at college courses and apprenticeships, but these were a minimum of 6 months and I just didn't have that time! I didn't know whether it would be possible to become a confident mens barber within 5 days, but I threw caution to the wind and went on the course. I can honestly say it was the best decision I have ever made, arrived there on the Sunday morning with a warm welcome. & from then on it got even better! Sid taught the course and he is a great guy, the other people on the course were a good laugh and easy to get on with. We were able to use top of the range equipment, a very strong, structured layout through out the week. Sid didn't go too fast, and he didn't go to slow through the week, we went through everything in detail so we were confident on every aspect of barbering. I would highly recommend this course to anyone who is thinking of getting into this industry, and if you have any hesitations just go for it! Good luck

What I would highlight:
To receive more than I had ever planned is a great feeling, everything on the course was at a A* level and I find that any other similar kind of course provider would find it hard to compete with the standard that Cobra bring, unless they use gold plated scissors. What ever could have been learnt in 5 days to a student I have learnt..this has now put me on a track to achieve further things, i already have a job and had completed the course 4 days ago, is that not insane, to go from nothing to a qualified barber in the matter of 9 days..
The course provided known as Sid is the reason why a anything that i have on the table now is there. He is an awesome guy with a great sense of humour and also a gift to be able to get his own knowledge into another persons head. It is not the hardest thing to know how to be a great barber, but to have the quality's of a great teacher is just something else altogether. Someone that can provide both of those elements is who I would advise you see.

What I would highlight:
I have just completed a course with Cobra Hair Academy, I can admit that it has changed my life and what I want to accomplish in further years to come, it has made me build a love for cutting hair an find myself a job that I enjoy and have a passion for doing. For the course itself, my goal was to get a brief understanding of men's hair cutting. I not only have a brief but probably more knowledge and understanding than your average barber. I might not be able to perform as well just of yet but mastering the theory will then be the reason of quick progression. Sid who is the tutor of the course is the reason why all these opportunities are now available for me, I cannot thank him enough and anyone that reads this review and is planning on doing a fast track course...I'm not only going to recommend but also say you would be a fool to go else where, how can an average human being learn how to cut hair in 3 days? an already start to improve in 5? I didn't just doubt this course I doubted all fast track courses just because I didn't think it would be possible to learn such a complex art in 5 days. I have been proven wrong and you will to if you doubt the power of a good tutor, wish everyone the best with there future careers because my one is set.

What I would highlight:
COBRA hair academy's 'Ladies haircutting for beginners' is fab. I couldn't imagine how anyone would be able to give me the ability (and confidence!) to cut hair in just one week, but this course cracks it. As you'd expect, it's demanding, but one of the most fun & exhilirating weeks you'll ever have. It has armed me with the vision, skills and techniques I need to create any ladies style, and finish it perfectly. You'll need determination and patience, but if you give it, you'll get exactly what you're looking for from this course.

Everything on the course is taught to a very high standard, although it is kept as simple as possible, if you dont understand something it's okay to ask many many times.All of the materials are provided for you and are of excellent quality. I know Cobra helped me so much to kick start my career. You will learn so so much in your short time there. Everything about Cobra Academy is outstanding excellence,u'd never believe one person could hold so much knowledge. Simply......Excellent.
Cobra is definately one of the top educators in the country. Everybody there is so friendly and welcoming,nothing is ever too much trouble. They make you feel as though you are part of their little family. It is in a central location, very easy to find. The venue is in the town centre of nottingham,with all the needy things around it., again Cobra Academy go out of their way to help you as much as possible.

What I would highlight:
I have been on the Mens Barbering and Business course at Cobra, it is a definate must, if you are serious about hair. I never thought I would feel confident enough to do mens hair on my own, but i'm doing it and it's all thanks to everyone at Cobra,especially the legend Sid. You will learn so much from him in your short time there. I would definately go back in a second. Really Really Excellent course.

Great course!!!
The best i've ever been on. location and venue was great, right in the city centre and the teaching area was lovely, very modern, clean and professional. i had my own work station and full set of equipment, so i didnt have to worry about buying or bringing anything with me.
My tutor was fantastic, really made me feel at ease and was very professional at all times. all tutors have years of experience working for vidal sassoon and it really shows. i received nothing but the highest levels of teaching and i felt i was getting a masterclass with a top industry pro as there were only 5 other students in my class, as standard a cobra, so we had lots of help and attention.
At the end of this course i did my finaltrade test model and was so happy i managed to do so well- i felt so confident, excited and i had so much attention and encouragement from my tutor. he really made sure every student, including myself had a great time and made the course fun as well as a learning experience.
i have now enrolled upon the colour and barbering courses and am looking forward to achieving my dream of being a hairdresser at long last.
thank you so much cobra, i had no experience previously and with your professional guidance and amazing teaching i feel like a real pro. i highly recommend cobra to everyone who is looking for an affordable beginners course as it is so much more affordable than other people i'd seen on emagister, yet they do not compromise on anything, you get the best of everything.
