Cognitive Behavioural Therapy courses Dublin

I thoroughly enjoyed this challenging and rewarding Course , delivered with empathy and flexibility against demanding targets. The programme was well planned with components in sequence flowing logically, light reviews and signposting previews which maintained interest, attention and learning. The volume of material was easily accessible with ample opportunity to explore beyond required reading. It was refreshing and challenging to 'flex' with ad hoc queries and learn interactively and productively

I would highly recommend the course to those who are interested in CBT.
The content of course was highly informative and interesting. Each part of the training was delivered in a logical order. Course resources were easily accessible and useful (with a selection of helpful additional reading materials). I just wish there had been a higher intensity of practical parts of the course.
The presenter displayed in-depth knowledge of the topic and made the course very interesting! When enrolling for the course I didn’t expect to find CBT approach so appealing to me. Thank you Sylvia!← | → -
