Taking Business Continuity further

This course is specifically designed for those responsible for Business Continuity and for those working in operational and tactical teams. It will equip them with the practical tools and skills they’ll need during a Business Continuity invocation and response.

Through six live simulated events held in a controlled environment, delegates will build on their knowledge, skills and experience. They’ll also extend their personal development under the most demanding and realistic of conditions with numerous opportunities for improving knowledge management, decision making and leadership. The programme covers Business Continuity at Operations, Business and Strategic levels to Bronze, Silver and Gold standards.
