The sponsors of the new Companies Act believe it is the most significant piece of company legislation since the introduction of the limited liability company. What is already clear is that it will have a fundamental effect on the relationship between those involved in companies: shareholders, directors and auditors. This course will be valuable for both accountants and auditors who are involved in advising the owners and managers of companies in the UK.
