The composer is a person who composes and who therefore creates and writes music, through the creation of scores or by other means that allow you to combine one or more musical ideas, in order to obtain a piece of music. The term can indicate artists from other musical traditions who create music, not necessarily linked to a written notation, such as blues or folk singers and guitarists who create songs through improvisation and recording and folk music writers of musical songs and theatrical arrangements. In many popular musical genres, musicians who write new songs, creating both the lyrics and the music, are typically called songwriters.
