Course content
This course provides a thorough grounding and update on the Enterprise Act, Competition Act and Articles 81 and 82 of the Treaty of Rome. Companies failing to follow this legislation can be fined up to 10% of turnover and moreover, important contractual clauses and agreements are void if they breach the Acts. Third parties have the right to sue for damages, and individuals at fault face the prospect of imprisonment.
