pg00002 EDUCATIONAL AIMS OF THE PROGRAMME The MSc Computing (Distance Learning) aims to equip students with Masters-level knowledge and understanding of the core aspects of Computing in context of business solutions for organisational efficiency. The award aims to address contemporary industry needs of producing Masters-level graduates with the necessary knowledge, skills set and critical mind-set to directly and positively impact business needs in Computing. The award has been created especially for non- computing graduates who would like to study the área of computing at postgraduate level, finally undertaking a dissertation of considerable depth - it is thus a Generalist award in accordance with QAA Benchmark Statement terminology.
