Configuring Cisco Unified Communications Manager with Tandberg (-)

This course is designed to provide the information necessary to Add, Maintain, Operate and Troubleshoot Tandberg IP Video Phones in a Cisco Telephony environment. This course also assumes little or no knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications Manager.

Course Objectives
Aim of the course is to configure and support CUCM 8.03 in an H.323 video environment, using 1700MXP as a representative video endpoint.

• Working knowledge of the features and benefits of a PBX (Call Manager preferred)
• Basic IP telephony concepts

On Completion
