Conflict can have a positive effect, but left unchecked, the dangerous results of conflict can include destroyed creativity and productivity, lost commitment, excessive turnover and wasted financial resources.
By taking a number of conflict management tools, techniques and theories that have been proven in the toughest applications - such as the Thomas-Kilmann conflict Mode Instrument and Transactional Analysis - and putting them into practical situations, this course aims to turn conflict into a productive force. Essentially, participants will be able to identify possible conflicts before they arise and defuse them.
