Bryn Moore (Dip Anger Management) has been delivering Anger Management and Conflict Resolution courses in North Wales and Northern Ireland since 2004, and is the founder of The Welsh Association of Anger Management. He is an experienced and respected group facilitator who has delivered training and support to a diverse cross section of society. He worked in the security industry for several years and had plenty of opportunities to put the theories into practice! Our Conflict Resolution techniques work - they have been pressure tested.
Course programme
This course has been designed to prepare those people who come into contact with hostile and difficult behaviour as part of their everyday or working lives, on how to deal with it appropriately. We will show you effective strategies that will enable you to defuse a hostile confrontation, and equip you with the skills needed in order to de escalate the situation safely, and achieve a win/win situation. If required we can also provide training in breakaway techniques and physical interventions.
