Very good. I found the course challenging and its been equally challenging to apply the principles that i learnt to my everyday life. if you need help managing your anger problems, then i would highly reccommend this course.

The two days I spent with you in London were so good for me because I could start to understand where the stress was coming from and then using CBT and Mindfulness to address it. The fact that time was taken for you to sit with each of us 1:1 really made a difference and I can’t recommend you highly enough.
