Construction site technical director course

"The Technical Director of the construction site, suitably trained, is a top figure, provided for by the so-called ""Procurement Code"" Legislative Decree 18 April 2016, n. 50. This subject is in charge of the organization, management and management of the construction site, furthermore the Technical Director of the construction site maintains relations with the Works Management, coordinates and follows the execution of the contracted services and supervises the adaptation, application and observance of safety plans. The Procurement Code in fact explicitly provides that: ""The site technical director is responsible for compliance with the [safety] plan by all the companies involved in the execution of the works"", highlighting a role of fundamental importance for ensuring the correct application of safety measures on construction sites. In the light of the previous considerations, it is clear that whoever assumes the role of Technical Director of the construction site in tenders, to which any subject of the contractor company, with the function of manager, in charge of the technical-organizational management of the construction site, is similar, must be in possession of of specific training. The technical director of the construction site is, therefore, the top manager, designated by the contractor, with the task of organizing and carrying out the work in compliance with the contractual rules. The role of the Technical Director can be covered by the owner of the company, by the legal representative, by the shareholder, by the administrator, by an employee or by an external professional.
