About this course
It is recommended that you have five GCSEs including English and maths at Grade 4 (C) or above. Adults with equivalent experience or qualifications will also be accepted. To study this module, you should be able to have understanding and knowledge of criminal law. Ideally, some knowledge would be beneficial or industry experience.

1. The concept of contract
2. The rules for establishing whether a valid offer and acceptance have taken place
