On this course you'll study the former of these two aspects.
You'll develop the core knowledge and skills required to undertake this work which are an understanding of basic building technology and an awareness of the design of maintenance, alteration, extension and refurbishment of buildings in order to satisfy clients’ and occupiers’ expectations.
You will learn about adaptive reuse, extension, alteration, conservation and maintenance of buildings.
