(THU APRIL 9 – SAT APRIL 11) Day 1 - carrot & coriander soup, poached salmon in a basil butter sauce, chicken fricassee with baby roast potatoes, bread and butter pudding, lemon meringue pie
Day 2 - Goat’s cheese and red onion jam tarts, parmesan crisps, smoked salmon risotto, chicken en croute, lemon posset, pear belle helene spring rolls
