Untitled PageFull description
We'll cover learning theory to develop and enhance teaching practices, with the central focus being the critical consideration and/or application of practical aspects of learning and teaching in your educational context.
Combined with Curricular and Structural Concepts in Lifelong Learning, this module provides the award of PG Cert Medical and Healthcare Education, and meets various professional requirements, including:
- associate/GP Trainer status
- NMC stage practice teacher, alongside the separate module MOD003703 Stage 3 Practice Teacher Consolidated Practice (if you're a health visitor or school nurse who wishes to gain NMC Stage 3 practice teacher status, you must also be enrolled on this module)
- Associate Fellowship or a Fellowship of Anglia Ruskin and the Higher Education Academy (HEA).
We use a mixture of seminars, tutorials, presentations and workshops activities on this module.
