Corporate Manslaughter

Course Aim:
As health and safety legislation constantly changes and penalties become more severe, corporate employers must be aware of the new charge of corporate manslaughter they can be charged with.

This short course will cover the legal system as it currently stands and what systems employers must put in place to prevent the risk of accidents and injuries.

• Risk assessments
• Documented systems required by law
