This introductory course will teach students how to professionally decorate a cake with sugarpaste and finish off with simple decorations. You will be taught different ways and techniques to cover a cake and how to make a range of decorative items to go on top. Hygiene, and health and safety will also be taught.This is a practical ''hands on'' course under the guidance of the tutor.
