Would you like to create websites but are not sure how to code? Then this is the course for you.
Muse is a product that enables you to design and publish websites without writing code. With Muse you are able to design and publish content as easily as you are able to with print.
Adobe Muse lets you plan, design and publish content as easily as you do with print material, making use of master pages, a vast range of web fonts and a whole range of built-in tools for interactivity.
This one day Adobe Muse training course is aimed at designers looking to create HTML5 and CSS3 standards compliant websites without actually having to write any code.
The course begins with an overview of Muse- you will tour the Muse workspace and learn the toolbox, how to zoom and pan, use the Muse panels and how to plan your site.
The instructor will focus on how you can create a new site, including creating a site map, editing site properties and how to add, arrange and delete pages. The stylistic features of site creation will be introduced, including how to add logos, navigation and how to work with text and colour. You will learn how to work with links and buttons and how to apply effects, graphic styles and insert HTML. You'll learn how to work with widgets and also how to publish your site and export it as HTML.
About this course
You should be comfortable using a computer to perform functions such as copy and paste, and be able to open applications and files. You should also be comfortable using the internet to browse and interact with websites.
