Creating Payroll Procedures
What happens when payroll staff are on holiday, off sick, or even worse, leave?
With a clear and concise payroll procedures manual, staff can take extended leave if necessary without any cause for concern about the payroll function.
You will learn how to create a manual based on our template, using your own company procedures. We will clearly explain what is required in each section and clarify the basic principles. Each delegate will also be provided with a personal copy of our payroll procedures template on CD. The template includes a ‘ready to use’ section on each identifiable payroll procedure, which can be easily tailored to reflect the requirements of your organisation.
Who Should Attend?
HR and payroll staff / managers involved with running a payroll; and all those with responsibility for the payroll function, with little, or no, payroll procedures knowledge.
