Suitable for anyone interested in Textiles and Needlework, whether traditional or contemporary. Everyone welcome - from beginners to those with more experience wanting to extend their skills - no prior knowledge necessary. This course is ideal as a creative hobby-oriented skill developer but also for those planning to study to a higher level (such as City & Guilds textiles) in the future. Students will make a range of small items - pictures, cards, jewellery, boxes, bags, book covers etc using a variety of simple and easily learnt techniques.
