LLM in Criminal Law and Criminal Justice

Part-Time Programme

This programme offers an exciting and distinctive opportunity to undertake advanced study leading to an LLM. The central focus of the programme is the interface between criminal law and criminal justice. The programme offers a theoretically informed and multi-disciplinary course of study. In addition to studying the now established critical and theoretical perspectives relevant to criminal law and criminal justice it also has a humanities focus which offers an opportunity to explore and engage with new cutting edge scholarship in criminal law and criminal justice studies.

In addition there are courses in Quantitative and Qualitative Methodology. Candidates will also have to complete a 6 - 8,000 word dissertation on a topic agreed with the Programme Director.
