About this course

It is recommended that you have 5 GCSEs including English and maths at Grade 4 (C) or above. Adults with equivalent experience or qualifications will also be accepted. To study this module, you should be able to have understanding and knowledge of criminal law. Ideally, some knowledge would be beneficial or industry experience.

Year 1

You will study criminal litigation at level 3 with key concepts, terms and processes in this subject. This unit may provide relevant underpinning knowledge and understanding. This will be the starting point of your journey and on completion of this module, this will give you a good indication of CILEx modules and to also be able to select specific modules to suit your individual needs.

Additional information

Students will take an exam towards the end of the module during a set exam month by the exam board. A fee will be incurred.
