CSkills Award Level 1 Diploma in Bricklaying Entry Requirements

• A range of GCSEs at F or above including English and preferably Maths or equivalent OR
• An Entry Level course with good evidence of ability to achieve at a higher level

Entry is subject to a successful interview

Content You will develop your practical skills and knowledge through a range of units including handling and storing resources, working relationships, providing working platforms, preparing and using portable power tools, maintaining and using hand tools and basic practical skills in brickwork. Key Skills and the OCNW Certificate in Health and Safety will form part of your final qualifications. Progression This course will prepare you for either entry into employment as a work-based learner in bricklaying or further study at Level 2.
