To impart the necessary knowledge required to enable all participants to obtain the competence to successfully carry out their duties under current Health and Safety Regulations

Objectives:

• To ensure Site Supervisors are competent and fully conversant with their duties and responsibilities.
• To gain knowledge and understanding in the following areas; - Risk Assessment, Noise, Vibration, Asbestos, CoSHH, Fire, Construction (Design & Management) Regs, Work at Height, Personal Protective Equipment, Manual Handling and RIDDOR
• To familairise delegates with the concept of behavioural safety
• To gain confidence in preparing and delivering tool box talks.

Who Should Attend:

Supervisors or those with the responsibility of overseeing others and anyone who delivers tool box talks on site or in the workplace.
