      Course programme

      Course Outline:

      This course is aimed at anybody who is currently working in or considering employment in a customer service environment within an industry. Examples could be the travel industry, leisure industry or reception work.

      The Level 2 qualification is suitable for you if, as part of your job role you:

      • Need to communicate clearly and confidently
      • Can work with others to solve problems and support customer service improvements
      • Have a developing knowledge of your organisation and its products and services

      Course Content:

      The NVQ is made up of a number of units that will enable you to demonstrate that you are competent in performing a number of administrative tasks.

      Some of these units are mandatory, while others are optional to allow you to look at an area of work that is of particular interest to you.

      We can offer an NVQ in Customer Service at Levels 1, 2 and 3 depending upon the kind of work you are currently involved with and the level of experience you have.

      Other Qualifications:

      Students are encouraged to take other qualifications alongside which will help them to realise their own goals.
