About this course

You must be aged over 19 and have lived in the EU for the past 3 years and currently be living in England. There is a short initial assessment to complete to ensure the course is the right level for you. If you are aged 19-24 you must already hold a full level 2 qualification

Unit 1 Preparing to deliver customer service in health and social care settings
Unit 2 Teamwork in health and social care settings
Unit 3 Effective communication for health and social care
Unit 4 Understand the specific needs of a customer accessing health and social care services

Additional information

You will receive a resource pack containing two textbooks and two workbooks with submission dates for each part. You are assessed on the answers you supply within the workbooks. This is a knowledge-based course and you will receive feedback on your answers and guidance on how to complete any resubmissions you might have. This could be via post or email. There are no observations or exams.
