Entry RequirementsNo prior knowledge or qualifications are needed. Level 3 is aimed at anyone who will be working without direct supervision, who work on their own, delivering and managing the service and who will be accountable in their area of practice.
The sole requirement is current work experience
Course Content
Level 3 candidates will complete 8 units made up of 2 mandatory units and 6 optional units, at least one unit from each of the following themes.
·Impression and Image
·Delivery
·Handling Problems
·Development and Improvement.

How will I be assessed?
Like all NVQ's this qualification is competence based. This means that it is linked to a person's ability to competently perform a range of tasks connected with their job.
There are no examinations although you will collect evidence which shows how you meet the standards.
What can I do next?
Successful Level 3 candidates may progress to
·Business & Administration NVQ Level 3 or Level 4 dependant upon your job role.
·Institute of Management NVQ L3
