There are over 20,000 people currently employed in North Wales who work in office administration roles and over 48,000 working in customer service, retail and sales. Providing good service in either of these roles is one of the most important things that can set your business apart from the others of its kind. Customer Service Advisers are normally the first point of contact in many businesses. Good customer service means helping customers efficiently, in a friendly manner. It’s essential to be able to handle issues for customers and do your best to ensure they are satisfied. This course will extend your knowledge of customer service, and give you a clear understanding of your responsibilities within an organisation. It is focused on providing practical skills, and you will gain real experience working in the college shop. The course is ideal for students progressing from Customer Service Skills Level 1. It improves your career options, and also gives you the possibility of moving onto a Level 3 course. The programme will be delivered through a blend of the following: MOODLE (Virtual Learning Environment) The programme will be assessed through a blend of the following: Completion of this course will give you a number of options in education and employment. If you want to continue your studies further, a number of suitable options are available at Grŵp Llandrillo Menai, including: Alternatively, you could apply for an apprenticeship in a related area, or progress into a range of employment contexts.
