Get That JOB ! - Core Job Searching, CV Writing, Application and Interview Preparation Skills

Why miss out on another job just because someone else was better prepared ?

The old adage "Failing to prepare is preparing to fail ..." is certainly true of the recruitment process. Hiring employees through traditional interview and selection methods rarely leaves employers with an easy decision. It is often difficult, in the short space of time available at interview, for a company to really get truly convinced of someone's suitability. This is why most discerning organisations will adopt a cautious approach rather than give the benefit of the doubt.

The role of your CV is to make it abundntly clear why they absolutely must interview you. Then at interview your task is to make their decision simple by presenting evidence to demonstrate that you are right for the role. Both of these steps require diligent preparation. Fortunately there are some simple processes you can follow that will guarantee a 100% improvement in your performance. This workshop is about how to follow those processes.
