DB2 Introduction

Overview
This course provides an introduction to DB2 UDB and the SQL language in an z/OS (OS/390) environment. Also included is an overview of the Query Management Facility (QMF).

Course objectives
The objective of this course is to provide the delegate with an understanding of relational database concepts and an understanding of DB2-SQL concepts and architecture.

Relational database concepts; DB2 structure; DB2 utilities; QMF basics.
