Course programme
We ask delegates to identify particular behaviours they find difficult to deal with. We then look at the reasons behind the behaviour and how they can be triggered and prevented.
We look at conflict management and start to create a 'toolbox' of suitable strategies for dealing with them in a positive way - including some low level breakaway techniques.
There is plenty of time for delegates to work in small groups on a number of typical scenarios – and their own experiences - so they can build their skills and gain constructive feedback & ideas from others.
The atmosphere of the course is set to be supportive, confidential and sharing – with the emphasis on practical support, not just theory.
