Course programme

What are difficult situations? The answer to this question will be different for each of us? There are some common situation which we will deal with but this programme will give you the tools to handle most situations that you are likely to come across in a work situation.

At the end of this course delegates will understand why they consider certain situations difficult. They will have the techniques and knowledge to be able to deal with these situations more effectively and they will believe in their abilities.

This programme is aimed at:

Managers or line supervisors who have been promoted into their managerial positions relatively recently. Managers who have been in a managerial position for some considerable time but who are not comfortable with this aspect of their job. This programme is also useful for individuals new to the HR role.
