Course programme
The challenge is to accommodate both those who have been working in DCM and those who have had little exposure to this product area. To this aim, we propose splitting the day into two sessions. The morning session provides an introduction/refresher, presented in the context of real deals. The session includes a comprehensive outline of the key financial formulae used in evaluating and pricing debt products. The afternoon session will build on the first session focusing on more complex debt products, recent innovations and current trends.
The business may wish to provide real-life information to give participants examples of the bank''s deals and the approach the bank takes to pitching for business and pricing transactions. AMT will build a tailored case study centred on real-life examples from the business.
