Learning outcomes and objectives
- To learn facts about eating and drinking for people living with dementia.
- To consider appropriate levels of nutritional intake.
- To identify ways of maintaining independence.
- To understand the importance of offering choice.
- To appreciate the value of eating for pleasure.
Half day courses usually run from 9.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. / 1.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m.
