About the course : This qualification provides learners to gain a nationally recognised qualification to enter employment as a dental technician. It will allow upon qualification, registration with the General Dental Council, which enables the registrant to work as a dental technician in the UK.

Legislation, professionalism & ethics in dentistry
Medical emergencies & first aid
Safe working practice & cross infection control
Complete & partial prosthodontics
Dental radiology & dental imaging
Fixed prosthodontics

After this course : Employment in a commercial dental laboratory or NHS hospital.
