Prerequisites
Delegates should have successfully completed course 1560.
Upgrading Support Skills from Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 to Microsoft Windows 2000 or 215.3
Supporting a Microsoft Windows 2000 Network Infrastructure and should have working knowledge of IP routing and IP routing protocols (including RIP and OSPF).
