PRESENTATION
Too much time staring at a computer screen? Achy neck & shoulders? Is work anxiety weighing heavy on you?
We offer over 60 yoga and pilates classes weekly, including lots of great evening & weekend classes.
If your schedule makes it tough to get to TLC as much as you’d like, or if you want to introduce your work colleagues to yoga, pilates, or any of our therapies, we can arrange for TLC teachers and therapists to come to your home or workplace.
To correct that computer-induced stoop in your neck and shoulders or to relieve that lower back pain, visit one of our osteopaths for effective deep structural work – from traditional Osteopathy to McTimoney to Cranial-Osteopathy For deep relaxation try a Cranio-Sacral massage.
In addition, our Western Herbalist can work with you to consider your likes and dislikes, your eating and sleeping habits, and your full health history to develop helpful tips to boost your energy, relieve anxiety and help you deal with ailments through adjustments to your diet.
