Deepen your existing yoga practise and increase your flexibility, stamina and body awareness through the study and practice of Yoga Asanas, Pranayama and relaxation. Practise basic asanas in more detail, and learn more challenging new ones using a variety of yoga equipment, including the new 'feet up' support for upside-down poses.

About this course
- Follow the teachers instructions and demonstrations correctly
- Perform a great variety of Asanas correctly and independently
- Demonstrate basic Iyengar style alignment in your postures
- Choose Iyengar props (including the new 'feet-up') independently to improve your postures
- Practise headstand or shoulder stand or a suitable alternative with guidance and possible support
- Obtain improved flexibility, strength, stamina and peace of mind
- Perform a Pranayama technique, like Kaplabhati or Nadi Shodshana.
