This fantastic new training programme will demonstrate the value of worker development to managers and staff within either residential or domiciliary care settings. It encourages workers to evaluate their work and improve on it, to build continuing professional development.

Duration:

Approximately 25 Minutes of video in 10 sections to be used in a suggested 2 hour training session. Equivalent to 2 hours certified CPD study
