One day workshop
Teaching methods are tailored to the learning needs and preferences of the group, but would usually include: formal presentation supported by overheads and handout materials, group discussion, individual and small group exercises, worksheets, and question
The overall aim of this workshop is to challenge therapists to reflect on and review their assessment practice and to introduce them to different ways of conceptualizing clinical assessment. Therapists are supported to undertake both individual and group exercises to apply the concepts addressed in the workshop to their own practice and to construct plans for implementing a more evidenced-based assessment approach in their workplace.
