The purpose of this course is to develop Team Leaders understanding of how to develop their team. Participants will gain knowledge to help them understand the nature of teams and the features of team roles and responsibilities including the advantages and disadvantages. How to identify training needs of a group or team and how those needs may be met will also be explored.
