Course programme

What will I learn?

You will learn about: games development; interactive media; media production (print, radio & TV); and film & TV audio production In addition, you will study and take an exam in at least one functional skill (English, Maths or ICT)

How will I be assessed?

Through practical assessments, group projects and production work All units of work are graded, and collectively determine an overall grade for the qualification

What may it lead to?

This qualification will allow you to progress to a media-related subject at Higher Education (degree-level), or to pursue a career in digital design and new media

Entry Requirements

You should have: five GCSEs at grade C (ideally English and Art) / a Level 2 Diploma (Merit) / or an equivalent qualification Entry onto the course is subject to an interview
