Marketing is a creative industry at the heart of business and City College Plymouth offers you a great opportunity to get a head start in this exciting profession, with our intermediate and advanced marketing Apprenticeships. Marketing delivers promotion and increased awareness of a brand or product. You may not realise it, but your everyday life is affected by the work of marketers. It is in the adverts you see, the websites you visit; every time you think of a brand or slogan, you are responding to marketing activities. Marketing is the foundation of business and essential to commercial success. It is hard to imagine a successful organisation that does not also have a successful marketing strategy! The advance Apprenticeship is studied at A Level equivalent level and the higher Apprenticeship is equivalent to a Higher National Certificate. Whichever Apprenticeship you study, you will work in a marketing role within a local business and earn a wage or training allowance, whilst completing a nationally recognised qualification at level 3 or 4.
